Man Wearing Not Much More Than Panties Allowed To Fly

A man wearing women's panties was allowed to board a US Airways jet despite complaints from fellow passengers. The man wore blue ladies' panties and other lingerie which covered his body, but not much. US Airways said that they did not have dress code policy or rules against a man wearing panties. This means they had no authority to stop the man wearing blue panties to board his flight.
The man-wearing-panties incident has caused a concern because just a week ago, an African-American Deshon Marman, was not allowed to board a flight because he was wearing low-cut pajamas that exposed his boxer shorts. While the rules state people who wear clothes that expose private parts can be stopped from boarding a flight, these controversies may force the airlines to formulate new rules.
